We have a patent pending on this product and have had great success
in cleaning up producing wells and an injection well for various
producers in this area. We have seen substantial, moderate, and
no increases in production from several hundred wells treated with
the "Zap Job" package.
This depends upon individual well potential and damage to near well
bore formation by iron sulfide.
The biggest money saver for producers that we have seen consistently
on almost every well is extended run times between failures due
to cleaner produced fluids.
A good example of this, one of our customers who had multiple
wells that were being pulled on a monthly basis due to pumps clogged
with iron sulfide. We treated these wells with Zap-2003 and run
times went to a year or more between failures. I will be happy to
come to your field and catch samples for on-site analysis to see
if Zap-2003 is the right product for your problems.
